Have you ever felt as if there was something in your life that does not feel fully aligned, that strange feeling of uncertainty and confused at the same time?
If your answer is yes, this retreat is for you.
Reencuentro Interior is a proposal to pause and create a space in which you can relax from your responsibilities of daily life and listen to the answers from within.
We believe that there is nothing external that can add to the perfect being that you already are, however there are circumstances in life that makes us forget this truth. This retreat is intended to give you a break and help you to get in touch with your inner child, with the longings of your heart and with your wisdom. With the guidance of Yoga and its philosophy, the Temazcal and hikes in nature, we will help you to rediscover your deepest truth, renew and align yourself with what you want for yourself.
The retreat will take place at La Casa de Los Secretos located in the heart of Atotonilco, about 15 minutes from downtown San Miguel de Allende.

To reserve your place you need to deposit 50% of the value of the retreat and pay the other 50% before June 5, otherwise we can offer your space to someone else.

He has dedicated many years to the practice of different body movement activities such as dance, sports (soccer, basketball, rugby, swimming, mountain biking) martial arts (jiu jitsu, boxing, wrestling) and others (yoga, qigong). Throughout his life he has complemented these activities with strength and endurance training. He was a personal trainer for 4 years giving sessions to people of different sport levels.
He studied and continues to study nutrition in a self-taught and practical way. He is convinced in the quality of the food and the respect for the natural processes.

Si tu respuesta es sí, este retiro es para ti.
Reencuentro Interior es una propuesta para hacer una pausa y crear un espacio en el cual te puedas relajar de tus responsabilidades de la vida cotidiana y escuchar las respuestas de tu interior.
Creemos que no hay nada externo que pueda agregarle al ser perfecto que ya eres, sin embargo hay circunstancias en la vida que nos hacen olvidar esta verdad. Este retiro tiene la intención de darte un respiro y ayudarte a entrar en contacto con tu niño interior, con los anhelos de tu corazón y con tu sabiduría. Con la guía de el Yoga y su filosofía, el Temazcal y las caminatas en la naturaleza te ayudaremos a reencontrarte con tu verdad mas profunda, renovarte y alinearte con lo que tu quieres para ti.
El retiro se llevará a cabo en La Casa de Los Secretos situada en el corazón de Atotonilco a unos 15 minutos del centro de San Miguel de Allende.

Ha dedicado muchos años a la práctica de distintas actividades de movimiento del cuerpo como baile, deportes (fútbol, básquetbol, rugby, natación, ciclismo de montaña) artes marciales (jiu jitsu, boxeo, lucha) y otras (yoga, qigong). A lo largo de su vida ha complementado estas actividades con entrenamientos de fuerza y resistencia. Fue entrenador personal por 4 años dando sesiones a personas de distintos niveles deportivos.
Estudió y sigue estudiando nutrición de forma autodidacta y práctica. Está convencido en la calidad del alimento y el respeto por los procesos naturales.
